Spa Green Estate, London

Designed by Tecton and realised by Lubetkin, Skinner and Bailey after the dissolution of the practice, Spa Green Estate (1949) was conceived as a Modernist social housing estate and is located in Clerkenwell. The estate borrows features from Lubetkin’s Highpoint flats in Highgate and was Grade II* listed in 1998.
