Golden Lane Estate, London

Designed by architects Chamberlin, Powell and Bon, Golden Lane Estate (1953-1962) is a council housing estate in the City of London inspired by Le Corbusier's Maisons Jaoul. Once completed the estate contained flats, maisonettes, a swimming pool, badminton court, community centre and line of shops facing Goswell Road. It was Grade II listed in 1997.
